Metahumans in Afghanistan

I talked to one of my old comrades in the US Navy’s MK Ultra program today. His call sign is Kinsman and he is a classic metahuman “warrior” archetype. That means he is faster, stronger, more agile than your standard human, but not as tough as a “tank” or a “brick” as Dr. Gideon calls them in his seminal work on metahumans.

Kinsman and Alpha Squad have been deployed to Kandahar to fight the Taliban massing there. Look for that crisis to be averted in short order. Alpha doesn’t mess around.

Why am I telling all this an open internet blog? No one believes in metahumans anyway and I am already a.w.o.l and underground. It’s nice to be able to talk about it.

You see the presence of metahumans in the news all the time. Normal folks (i.e. “flatscans”) just don’t recognize it. Remember the pirates that took over a French cruise ship a couple of months ago? That whole issue disappeared. The French have a couple Zeus class metahumans of their own.

Inheritance of Metahuman Abilities

Well, there is little doubt that my oldest son and middle son are going to develop abilities as they move into their “tween” years. My oldest out ran a group of his friends on bicycles yesterday. I’m not talking about “Forrest Gump” type of outrunning where it involves dodging through bushes and trees. This is on a flat open space and a group of kids on bikes pedaling as fast as they can and they couldn’t even touch him. I suspect he was upwards of 20-25 mph. He is going to be impressive. Of course there is a lot to do between now and a full “expression” of abilities. The biggest key is mental. He has to understand what is happening. Believe it or not, our rational mind can reject these abilities so completely that they are effectively removed and once they lay dormant for years they may never resurface.

My middle son has a major imagination. I don’t think he will have any issue conceptualizing his abilities. He hurled a disc golf disc 500 yards yesterday. He’s 8 years old. Fortunately no one saw it. this is not something we like to publicize.

I am sure you are wondering why not just go into professional sports and make a ton of cash. This sort of thing is highly regulated. Not all of the random drug tests given to athletes are “drug tests” at all. If a dominant athlete tested positive for a meta gene he would be scooped up so quickly by MK Ultra and put into The Program that the press would barely have time to cover it up. Believe me, Michael Jordan, Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods…all of these guys have been tested and are clean. Pure strain human.

If one of us were to compete – you’d know it.

Summer Break for Superkids!

Summer break has arrived! I mentioned that my kids had begun to show signs of inheritance. That’s true. True enough in fact my oldest was tested for being “Gifted”. Now this is not gifted in the traditional intellectual sense (though hyperintelligence is an impressive gift). In his case it seems to be speed and agility. He is tracking higher than baseline human. In most school districts, this means being moved to a school with others that are similarly “gifted”. I went through it as a kid. Some develop into “metas”. Others just fade back to flatscans. It’s the way it goes. He is excited. He thinks I don’t know. The kids are taught to keep it in the strictest of confidence. My parents knew. I will come clean with my boy soon too. Being a meta is lonely enough. He needs to have an ally.

So, summer break is a little different for ultra kids. We will plan activities that may help develop whatever abilities they have begun to possibly manifest. I have a little girl who may be an icthyo sapiens. It’s exciting, but any mutation that develops into an animalistic direction can be concerning. Sometimes those don’t stop mutating. (Bigfoot, Lycanthropy, Mothmann, etc.) Dr. Gideon was developing some treatments back in thwe 90′s but that was before I was underground. I can’t very well call him up and ask for a prescription.

Anyway, we are off to enjoy our summer. I’ll keep you posted.

Introduction

Hey! I just watched “Charlie Wilson’s War”. Good movie, but I was surprised they didn’t mention Metahumans in it. I mean, we were there! I know it is not common knowledge, but I figure the news will break any day now. Stinger missiles? Dropping those Hind helicopters like that? I don’t think so! That was me and my squad of flyers.

Haven’t heard of us? Didn’t think so. Probably one of America’s best kept secrets. The The VMKU-4 Guardsmen (the  MKU is for MK Ultra – the old code name. It still fits). Anyway, we fly and we are pretty indestructible. In some of the original video from the fight in Afghanistan you can see Sky Knight crash through one of the SOviet HInd helicopters, change course, and then take down a second. He was our first Ace in terms of downed Hinds.

Anyway, enough about that. I haven’t been associated with the Navy in years. I am an average joe now…I mean I have a job and a wife and kids. I guess not every average joe can lift a car or heal damage fast enough to appear indestructible. Then there is the flying thing…I keep that pretty low key though.

My kids are showing some signs of inheritance though. Looks like Dr. Gideon may have been right about that.

I’ll write more later.
